
Pork with Juices

Ok, I'mma blow up my own spot
('specially since I've been MIA for SO long....lol).
don't hate on the canned pork with juices!!!
I can't even front - when Gov't handouts were plentiful (and the cabinets was bare) - my mom would make some hellafied bbq sammiches out of them cans of pork. Not that I think u'll ever actually eat that (do they even distribute those cans anymore? that thing is prolly from the early 80's), but the recipe goes:
- drain and rinse the pork, and removing all gelatinous matter
- brown in a skillet with some green peppers and onions
- add bbq sauce, or mustard-brown sugar-kechup, or whateva other sauce u could make up from the cupboards
-serve hot on sammich rolls, or white bread ;-)
methinks I just told on myself.....
